About Me

I am a proud graduate of IIN-Institute of Integrative Nutrition out of New York, New York. I attended a year long, on-line program granting me certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

What does this mean...?

Health coaches are bridging the gap between eastern and western medicines. Health coaches were created to help all types of people that want to improve and balance their lives in all areas. We cannot diagnose or take you off any medications, just improve and support you in your quality of life.

Who needs health coaching…?

*Everyone can benefit from health coaching! I work with children, adolescences, adults and seniors.

*My goal is to help you get on your way to a better YOU! I want to hear all about what makes you motivated and what I can do to help you get there.

There are primary and secondary foods we will discuss.

  • Primary foods are the things off your plate like relationships, career, spirituality and physical activity.
  • We will also discuss secondary foods which are the foods on your plate.

At IIN, we learned that each person is different, and as a Health Coach, I believe in bio-individuality. One person’s food can be another person’s poison. Not all people should be on the same diet and exercise regime.

What’s good for some, many not be good for others. We will find a great fit in all areas with diet, exercise and motivation to heal your life. I can’t wait to help you succeed!!

I also am a graduate of Digestive Intensive, a four week online course dedicated to understanding the digestive system and healing gut health. I was able to learn the entire digestive process and I now feel more confident to assist clients in improving their gut health.

My intention is to also study the Full Body Systems course, next year,  to be better

equipped to assist clients with many

bodily system functions.

*This is a six month long course taught by Functional Nutritionist, Andrea Nakayama.
